I’m pleased to inform you all that in July I’ll be giving a 4-day seminar in the town of Morella. The subject material revolves around Sephardic song in the Mediterranean, the oral tradition and the percussions.
It’s not a seminar for professionals, I hope that all those of you who have the desire to get closer to this remarkable legacy do so without hesitation. We’ll work together just as grandfathers did, and their fathers, and all those before them…transmitting the tradition by word of mouth, no written notes, no musical scores, nothing but that feeling from deep inside that links us all to the culture of time inmemorial.
