Mara Aranda’s album, ‘Lo Testament’ is the most highly acclaimed performance, and a ‘must see’ in 2014, according to the Spanish Music and Arts Commission, who consider it a work of artistic excellence.
More than a hundred performance venues, conference centres and art galleries across Spain are members of the National Network, including the most well known theatres and auditoria in the country. On top of that, 14 different regional and provincial groupings have associated status, giving the Network access to over 450 public exhibition spaces all over Spain.
In 2015 Mara, from Valencia, celebrates 25 years on stage; a long road that has seen her take Mediterranean culture and music to the four corners of the globe, and in which time her work on Sephardic music has been highly acclaimed both at home and abroad by fans and the press alike.
